I've had this one backlogged for a while: not because it's particularly special but because I've taken a while to find colors and textures and the right composition. And because work and life are always so unpredictable. Maybe someday I'll have a job that actually entails some sort of consistent art process. I'm throwing around ideas for a book right now (and some other projects as well); ideas, though that's all they may be, are a good starting point. Thanks for bearing with.
In case it needs explaining, the hidden image in this one is the Treble Clef. The use of and old vinyl LP player and the various types of 'obsolete' recording platforms is a metaphor for the fact that much of the truly inspired and interesting music lies in the past OR is left to those that continue to use the 'old methods' to preserve the quality of their craft. This may be a personal observation, but you gotta take what you can get from me these days.
As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you like this one.
