Taken by Surprise

"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you."

I watched the movie "Taken" last night, starring Liam Neeson (the quote above was from the film.) It was a really good flick, and it inspired me enough to draw a picture (as some things will do.) I've included two versions: one without the title of the movie and one with, for fun.

Hope you dig it.

  1. ah... good movie uh?:) I've loved looking at your art here Jeremey! It's really awesome... I have that picture of me you drew a couple years ago on my wall :) oh and the one of you when i was in AZ haha :) always made me laugh...
This is an awesome blog... I just made a blogspot earlier this year! (is it okay if I follow yours? :P )

  2. Dude, I dig it ... TOTALLY!

"Taken" IS cool. The perseverance and coolness under pressure of Liam Neeson's character is inspiring for me, due to my desire to serve in law enforcement. I don't think I'll ever be that intense (and I pray not so vengefully murderous), but I hope to someday be a lethally effective force in combating such lawless, immoral practices as sexual slavery.
